Another one from the "Get
Lucky" School of Painting. This one is okay, to be honest I've been surprised
by the response this one has gotten. Several friends have told me that it is their
favorite one from the book. That's great I guess, but I'm still kind of lukewarm
about it.
Part of it might be that this kind of painting doesn't really involve that much of a "struggle", so as the artist involved, I suppose I tend to appreciate the ones that made me work a little harder for it. I've never really been that proud of the "easy" ones in my portfolio.
My favorite part of this one is actually the ferns in the lower left...I have no idea why.
